Here are a few simple steps and guidelines that will make the hire of a
jumping castle from Jumping Castle Adventures a pleasurable one.

Choose the jumping castle of your liking to suit your party theme.

Give us a call. We will listen to your requirements and provide the best advice that caters to your need.

Make the booking. Please note that if it rains on the day of your booking you may cancel prior to delivery free of any charges or obligation.

Prior to the commencement of your party, we will deliver and install the jumping castle on either grass or concrete ($20 fee applicable for concrete). Please note that an electricity socket must be available within 25 metres of the secured jumping castle.

We will then, both verbally and in writing, explain the safety operating guidelines to you.

We will then leave you to enjoy your day with family and friends. Should any problems arise, we are contactable on the phone.

Should the weather become a problem after our departure, we will return to collect the jumping castle. You will be liable for the full hire price.

After your party, we will return to collect the castle.
