Here are a few simple steps and guidelines that will make the hire of a jumping castle from Jumping Castle Adventures a pleasurable one:

. Choose the jumping castle of your liking to suit your party theme.

. Make a booking.

. The morning of the hire, we will telephone you and confirm the booking. If the weather looks suspect, we will give you the option of canceling the booking free of any charges.

. Prior to the commencement of your party, we will deliver and install the jumping castle on either grass or concrete. Please note that an electricity socket must be available within 25 metres of the secured jumping castle.

. We will then, both verbally and in writing, explain the safety operating guidelines to you.

. We will then leave you to enjoy your day with family and friends. Should any problems arise, we are contactable on the phone.

. Should the weather become a problem after our departure, we will return to collect the jumping castle. You will then only be liable for full payment of the jumping castle.

. After your hire has ended, we will return and collect the castle.
